1. What is ARC?

Ayala Rewards Circle is an exclusive recognition and appreciation program for valued clients of the Ayala group. A customer of any of these participating companies – AC Automotive, AyalaLand, Bank of the Philippine Islands and Globe Telecom – needs to meet specific qualifications to be eligible for membership.

2. Which Ayala companies are participating in the ARC program?

The participating companies from the Ayala group are as follows:

  • Ayala Land Premier, Alveo and Avida brands of Ayala Land, Inc.
  • Honda, Isuzu, and Volkswagen dealerships of AC Automotive
  • Bank of the Philippine Islands
  • Globe Telecom
3. Do you charge a fee to join the program?

There is no joining fee for the program, with Membership being free of charge. However, there are pre-defined criteria for assessing customer eligibility.

4. How long is my membership valid?

Your Ayala Rewards Circle membership is valid for 5 years.

5. Until when are the perks and privileges valid?

Perks and privileges of ARC are renewed and updated yearly.

6. Is the membership automatically renewed?

ARC members who still meet any of the eligibility criteria will be advised via SMS/Email/Mail (whichever is applicable) that their membership is renewed prior to the membership card’s expiration.

7. How do you become a member of ARC?

The customer must be 18 years old and above and must meet at least one of the following eligibility criteria:

  • BPI: Private or Preferred Banking client
  • Ayala Land: Ayala Land Premier, Alveo or Avida owners with a purchase worth at least P3M bought in the last 7 years
  • Globe: Platinum subscribers with minimum plan of P3,500 per month
  • AC Automotive: Ayala-owned Honda, Isuzu, or Volkswagen dealership client who purchased a vehicle worth at least P1.25M or a cumulative purchase worth P2.0M bought in the last 5 years
8. My account is under a corporation, can I be an ARC member?

Only individual accounts who meet the set eligibility criteria can join the ARC program.

9. I have several Platinum accounts under my name. Would it be okay if you offer the other ARC membership to my family member who uses one of the Platinum numbers assigned to me?

Only owners of multiple Platinum accounts are eligible for the ARC membership.

10. Is membership transferable?

Membership is designed exclusively for customers who meet the program’s eligibility criteria. As such, the program membership cannot be transferred or assigned to another party. However, if you think your spouse/child is eligible, we would be happy to check if he/she meets any of the requirements and send them an ARC invitation.

11. I lost my card, how can I request for another one?

You can still continue enjoying your ARC benefits through the digital badge found in the ARC mobile app. To download, simply search “Ayala Rewards Circle” on the App Store for iOS devices or the Play Store for Android devices.

12. How can I avail of my benefits?

Simply present your ARC card or your digital badge in your ARC mobile app to avail of your exclusive benefits
