  8. What are the payment methods and how do I settle payment?
    The PAY NOW method should always be chosen to be eligible for the promo. This is the automatic selection if the discounted property does not have the Pay Now option in the payment step.

    You may confirm if the Ayala Rewards Circle discount has been applied prior to completing your reservation by checking the price summary on the left side of the screen.

    The ARC member does not have to be the paying party but reservations must be made under the ARC member’s name.

  12. Does the booking have to be under the ARC member’s name or can someone else avail of these privileges?

  2. How do I avail of the offers?
    For in-store purchases, present your ARC membership card or use your ARC Mobile App upon payment to avail of these exclusive offers.

  1. Do I have to sign up to be able to order online?
    Yes, you have to register and make an account at in order to purchase and use the ARC exclusive promo code valid from March 30-31, 2019.

  2. How do I use a promotional or discount code?
    Please enter your promo code in the “Promotions” area of your cart and click on “Apply”. The promo code and the corresponding discount will be reflected upon checkout. Please note the value of the promo code is divided up proportionately to the item price. The promo code cannot be used on top of other promos/discount offers. In case of return, you will get the refund of the amount paid on the returned item minus the promotion amount applied. You will then lose the promotion amount of the returned item.

  3. I was not able to provide the ARC-exclusive promo code upon ordering online, will I still be able to avail of the discount?
    Sorry, you have to input the voucher code upon checkout to redeem the discount.

  4. What are the payment methods for online purchases?
    You have two (2) options: Credit card and debit card (Visa, MasterCard) or Cash On Delivery.

  5. How will I know which items are on sale and where discounts will not apply?
    The 35% off applies on all items, except for those with the 50% markdown. There is a label on the items whether if it’s on sale on the website.

  6. How much is shipping?
    Gap delivers nationwide for P200. Free Shipping for orders P4,000 and up.

  7. How long does delivery take?
    For Metro Manila orders, they deliver in 3-5 business days. For provincial orders, please give them up to 10 business days to deliver your order. If your package hasn’t arrived after 5 business days, please email them at

  8. How do I return a product bought in online shop?
    • You have the right to cancel your purchase and return any purchased products for the following reasons:
      • Change of Size – the product you ordered does not fit you
      • Wrong/Damaged item – the product you received was not the one you ordered or the product you ordered was damaged when you received it
    • Please note that change of size can only be requested once. Gap will shoulder the courier/shipping back to the customer for the first exchange only.
    • Items bought that are on promo or sale will not be valid for return or exchange.
    • Items for return shall be accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.
    • Items for return must be in good, saleable condition, with its original packaging with original tags and box.
    • Only products purchased from the Gap website may be returned online or in any Gap Philippines Store. Please contact Gap’s customer service by emailing to declare the items you wish to return. We will send you the necessary documents and provide instructions to facilitate your return request.
